Whether you are planning a relaxing Norfolk getaway in a traditional English holiday cottage or need a comfortable base while attending a wedding, visiting family or working locally, Priory Cottage is available for short-term rental throughout the seasons.

We believe a beautiful countryside break shouldn’t cost the earth. By handling our own bookings directly, we keep our rates genuinely fair.

Tea towels and one towel per guest are provided. Bed linen is available for £10 per room, per stay (if required – you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer). Aside from this, our rates are fully inclusive: we don’t charge extra for dogs or cleaning, and there are no hidden admin or booking fees. VAT is not applicable.

Longer Stays

Planning a stay of two weeks or more? We are happy to offer a price adjustment for extended bookings.

Short Breaks

Starting from £245
Available for weekend and mid-week stays throughout the year, excluding Peak Summer and Bank Holiday weeks.

(Flexible times available if there is no adjacent booking)

Booking Policy: A 15% non-refundable deposit secures your dates. Balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

Security Deposit: £150 refundable damage deposit required prior to arrival.
